If you only read one thing today, read this.

The headline: Boca Raton’s “BlueGreen Vacations” Engaged In Timeshare Fraud

Mack Lucas and Kimberly Wallace say BlueGreen Vacations used “…high pressure sales tactics” and a “…seven hour presentation” to get them to sign a timeshare contract.

Wait, what?

A seven-hour presentation?

No wonder they said in their lawsuit “… they were physically worn down and mentally stressed out.”

Here’s what’s even worse.

They claim “BlueGreen did not allow Lucas and Wallace to review any timeshare purchase transaction documents.”

7-hour pressure cooker sales.

Can’t review the documents they were coerced into signing.

The real kick in the pants for Mark and Kimberly?

“Documents show the timeshare was purchased for $30,450.00 with a mandatory $863.72 minimum maintenance fee each year. Unable to pay, Lucas and Wallace claim that BlueGreen has reported negative information to credit agencies.”

Shame on BlueGreen.
