Back to Michelle Jabeur and Diamond Resorts timeshare.

Start by re-reading this document.

Earlier, we told you about how Michelle was asked to “lie” to her clients.

She refused.

When she was again told to “…engage in fraudulent sales tactics”…she again refused.

This time her supervisor “…violently yelled at her to “Get the f*%! out of the office.”

She wrote to Diamond Human Resources.

“In that letter she complained about being required to misrepresent facts and to provide clients with false information in order to close deals. In that letter, she complained about being heckled and yelled at by her superiors for struggling to follow Mr. Landin and Mr. Chandler’s false tactics.”

Required.

Michelle Jabeur said was required to provide false information.

And get this….In the document, Ms. Jabeur said a senior Diamond staff member “…admitted to some knowledge of fraudulent tactics.”

Admitted to knowing they are committing fraud.

What did Diamond HR do?

Put her on leave … pending an investigation.

That investigation?

Ha. It found her “…complaint was uncorroborated and unsubstantiated.”

Surprised?

We’re not.

This is the first of many documents that point out in stark terms just what the timeshare industry will do to hide their terrible behavior.
