2,170 pages of complaints about Diamond Resorts Timeshares. That’s right. 2,170 pages we found at the Attorney General of Florida’s website. That’s a lot. But what’s even more heart breaking is to read these complaints. Over and over again we saw quotes like this: “We don’t deserve this. loan balance as of May 2020 is $23,516. We have paid in over $12,000 in 2 years and have not been able to use our membership. These company “consultants” have been far from honest.” MS-Waukee, IA “High pressure sales tactics were used against me and I am just now finding the mental strength to stand up to this company.” SJ – Palmetto, FL “I was rushed and given bogus information about this timeshare. I was lied to and kept hostage until I signed under duress.” CP – Davenport, FL “…we have been left feeling utterly let down, lied to, and taken advantage of, which we were.” NP – Tinley Park, IL “Inside was a contract that we never saw or signed. Our signatures were computer generated. We consider this quite fraudulent and illegal.” MC – Vermillion, OH Here’s the words people use time and time again against Diamond Resorts: “Lied” “Fraud” “Pressure” Patricia Rosado works at Diamond Resorts. Her fancy title says she’s in charge of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs. Let’s email her at patricia.rosado@diamondresorts.com and ask her why all of these complaints are so bad and how’s she going to fix them. We’d also like to see your story too.
